The Mission
I started ICR Trax to solve several problems. Our parent company, ICR Advertising, began producing TV shows. We have a friend in the music business who has been very successful and produced some cool instrumental albums.
Writing ICR Trax
Our primary ICR Trax composer has been writing original music for many years. The method for writing the tracks is similar to stories you’ve heard from famous song writers. Sometimes we start with just a drum beat. For example, Carlos Santana loves to write with drums. His guitar leads are directed by the rhythm. Sometimes it is a riff that we play with and come up with a chorus too.
Building ICR Trax
The founding members of ICR Trax have a long-time radio and television background. We started making the tracks because of how expensive it is to buy music for our advertising clients. We have always been musicians so it made great sense.
